He was promoted to professor in 2016, and is now the president of Institute of Industrial Economics Jiangsu University. In 2012 and 2016, he respectively went to Cleveland State University and Radboud University Nijmegen for high-level research. He was the young and middle-aged academic leader of the " Qinglan Project" in Jiangsu Province, the training object of "333 Project" in Jiangsu Province, member of the steering committee for graduate teaching of economics in Jiangsu Province, and the academic leader of Applied Economics of Jiangsu University.
