On April 15, 2022, the concluding report of "Jiangyin Qishan Lake Science and Technology Innovation Valley Industrial Development Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "the Plan") was successfully held through Tencent Conference. Leaders and experts from the Bureau of Development and Reform Commission of Jiangyin City, Institute of Science and Technology Strategic Consulting of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jiangsu Academy of Social Sciences, Jiangsu New Materials Industry Association, Southeast University, Jiangsu New Materials Industry Policy Evaluation Center and Institute of Industrial Economics of Jiangsu University attended the report meeting.

At the meeting, Professor Hu Xuhua, President of the Institute of Industrial Economics of Jiangsu University, introduced the preparation of the Plan to the participating experts on behalf of the subject group.President Hu elaborated on the key issues such as the conditions and foundation of industrial development in Jiangyin, the situation facing, the general requirements, the construction of key industrial system, five major projects, five major actions and guarantee measures.Then, the experts made detailed comments on the specific contents of the Plan. The experts firstly gave full affirmation to the quality of the preparation of the Plan, and secondly, put forward modification opinions from the perspectives of highlighting innovation leading, strengthening inter-regional cooperation of Yangtze River Delta and optimizing market resource allocation. Finally, the leaders of the Development and Reform Commission of Jiangyin fully affirmed the results of the Plan and expressed their heartfelt thanks to the experts for their participation!
